We take pride in our processing speed. Orders placed before 8 A.M. ship the same day Monday- Friday. Orders placed after 8 A.M. will ship the business day, we do not ship on weekends. Tracking information is sent to your email at the time of shipment. For APO or military addresses use Priority Mail.
Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (US EST).
Standard and Ground Shipping
The transit time Standard Shipping is estimated at 2 to 6 business days. The transit time Ground Shipping is estimated at 2 to 5 business days. Both options come with Delivery Confirmation and tracking info. Tracking usually updates after the first business day when it processes through their sort facility.

USPS Priority Mail
This shipping option has a estimated 2 to 3 business day transit time.

Express Saver
This shipping options comes with a guaranteed transit time of 3 Business Days.(Monday to Friday) Keep in mind orders placed after 8am ship the next day. If you need your item by Friday, order before 8am on Tuesday.
Express Shipping
This shipping options comes with a guaranteed transit time of 1 Business Days.
Orders that are placed on Thursday after 8am will ship Friday and arrive Mon. Orders that are placed on Friday after 8am will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.
International Service
We offer quick shipping to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” Unfortunately We do not offer exchanges. If you're looking to return and get a different size please initiate a return. We then suggest ordering the item you want immediately to avoid it selling out.
How to return an item
Email us at help@flareinc.co within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know you would like a refund and provide your order number. We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the order. (domestic orders only) You'll then have another 7 days to ship the item back to us. The refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving of the return.

• Items must not show signs of wear, damage or smoke in any way
• Buyer must contact customer service within 7 calendar days of the delivery date and ship the item within 14 days or receiving it.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. In the event of any error on our part, it will be corrected at our expense. Email us at help@flareinc.co
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER the 14 day period WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
